“Overall, this was a decent steakhouse. My husband and I came here on the last day of restaurant week this year, as we love trying different steakhouses. The service was great and our server was attentive despite the busy dinner rush we had entered. The food was decent. For our starter, I got the SRF Wagyu Meatball with Whipped Ricotta and Basil Pesto which was very good. My husband got the lobster bisque which was a bit cold when we got it. For our entree, my husband got the center- cut filet mignon and I got the Double Cut Prime Pork Chop. Again, my dish tasted more on point than his. Both of our desserts hit the spot though! We got the hot chocolate cake and the hazelnut chocolate mousse! Overall, there were some slight misses but definitely a lot of hits!“

“Everyone should check this place out !Second time here, we love VAI's Naperville its Italian sister restaurant and Entourage has great food too !We had a not so pleasant experience with service the other day but I know that was a one person poor performance. Owners were promptly involved and committed to prevent situations like this from happening. To me that's great management and customer care in action... I do appreciate that .The restaurant is beautiful and the ambience feels just perfect for casual business lunch or upscale dinner with friends and family.Kudos to the hostess running the podium, this lady was really all over connecting with customers and checking on them.“

“I would give this place 100 stars if able! I had to plan a rehearsal luncheon for my son's wedding in Joliet in mid May with only 2 months notice. Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. “Had a coworker's retire party here. We had finger food and drinks. The area was roped off. Only minor issue was the roped area was across from the bar and didn't allow for much movement around the tables or to easily get at the food area. The Left Hand Milk Stout was great. The selection of beers is wonderful (see photo). Located on the first floor. Handicap parking accessible.Parking: Handicap parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is not handicapped accessible. For how packed the place was when we were there, I think getting about in a wheelchair would be difficult but not impossible.“
“I went on a Wednesday afternoon and entered to a completely empty restaurant. They had soccer on at one of the bar tvs so I sat there and ordered the boneless chicken wings with lemon pepper seasoning. The food was delicious! There was a perfect amount of seasoning and the chicken was moist on the inside. I would highly recommend ordering this. The restaurant was well lit and had multiple TVs. They also have a golf swing simulator that you can reserve so that's really cool. I'll be back to try more of their menu.“

“We stayed at the Indigo for 3 nights and added breakfast to our room. There was a $25 limit per person, which sounded like a lot, but this restaurant was expensive. We hit or went over that amount every morning (you just pay the difference and tip).The Indigo Hotel was by far the best hotel experience I've had at an IHG location in years. And the restaurant did not disappoint.It was exceptionally clean, and even when it was busy - which it was over the Thanksgiving holiday - and there were only a few servers, the entire staff was on top of things. They were quick, responsive and friendly every single morning. And some even recognized us and greeted us in the mornings.My parents tried pancakes, French toast, sunny side up eggs, fruit, and juice and enjoyed every meal. I tried something different each morning too. The veggie omelet with potatoes, bagel and lox, and veggie Benedict were absolutely wonderful. The portions are huge, and I couldn't finish the omelet. And the lox was so delicious I forgot to take a picture until several bites in.The potatoes were really good, and even the wheat toast was incredible. My mom also likes the jams they provide. All around just excellent food and service. Yes, it was very pricey for breakfast, but I left sated.Oh, and the bathrooms in the back (away from entrance and only customers can use them) were pristine.“

Their signature offerings including the ButterBurgers are mostly always on point.One significant improvement is for the generally younger staff to really listen and double check the customer orders. The last two times I was there, they added cheese to two separate burgers when I clearly and repeatedly said no cheese [visit 1] and forgot to add the condiments on one and condiments and lettuce on the other [visit2].Since my wife cannot have dairy, I needed to drive back to Culver’s the second to last visit to get her double ButterBurger replaced.I called the Culver’s on the way back and the manger named Christian was so kind, immediately and professionally empathetic, and offered an immediate solution. He took my original order number that I read from my receipt and remade my wife’s burger fresh and hot and PERFECTLY made and without cheese as originally ordered.This is a clean, vibrant, and exceptional “locally owned and operated” Culver’s in an excellent location in the best, most accessible part of all Naperville.Food: usually a 4.4 to 4.65 out of 5 stars“
