Our server was Sam. She was quite knowledgeable about the menu. She sold me on the wine membership - such a good deal. And we loved her personality.
And the food, AMAZING. Dana’s chicken for my husband and the trio of medallions for me. PHENOMENAL!
We will definitely return. They were so busy. We also got to meet the manager Bradley, what a nice guy!! He made sure we were having a fun evening. Couldn’t be any better!“

“Our waitress Shelia is awesome! She was always checking in on us, made sure our orders were filled promptly, and was super accommodating regarding getting certain games on the tv...not an easy task. Beer was cold and pizza was good. Good there!!“

“The jerked chicken pasta was amazing. Had there peach Mai Tai. I wish they had better straws. I know it's an odd thing to put but literally just trying to adjust my straw, the ice broke it. I got another one, I apparently pinched too hard??? it broke again. great food, trash straws“

“Walked in on Valentine’s Day to have a great experience. Ambiance is unique and moody especially for Plainfield. Drinks were fabulous, food was delicious! Tacos and brussel sprouts are definitely a must. Our server, Camille, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. She helped us pick out cocktails and food, we never felt rushed even though the restaurant was full. Overall the staff was kind, the energy was great. We will definitely be back!“
“Have you been here yet? You need to! Nabbys is a little, hometown establishment. With delicious food, family friendly atmosphere and wonderful employee's. The food is good, they have daily specials, take a minute to dine in and enjoy your meal in their booths. You can also take it to go. OH! And they have catering, so your next event and you want to offer your guests something different than what everyone else is serving, try Nabbys in Plainfield. I like to support local, next time you think about going through the drive thru, give Nabbys a try. 🙌🏽“

“Stopped in on a whim for a lunch date with my wife 6 weeks back. We were impressed by the service, quality and portions. Came back a few weeks later with our youngest for another lunch and we were equally satisfied. This will be a regular rotation place for us.“

“We ordered pulled pork and Mac and cheese for our daughter’s open house. Everyone RAVED about the food! We are almost 40 minutes away from the location and they will have new customers from the Marseilles area. Great staff, absolutely delicious food! 10 out of 10 !“

“Incredible brunch spot - Everything is delicious from the bonuts (fantastic blueberry spready) to the breakfast sandwich and omelets. Their in house hot sauce is 10/10 dynamite. If you're in the area and looking for a tasty brunch, this must be the place! Only rec I would make is stop showing church services on the TVs“

“We decided to try a different pizza place after hearing good things about this place. Everything we read was spot on, we had some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time.
In true tavern style the crust had just the right amount of crunch. They have 2 sauce options, sweet & garlic. ( I ordered sweet, but next time we’ll try the 50/50 version) My wife is really picky about onions on a pizza, she liked the ones The Great American uses.
We will totally be ordering from here again.
One suggestion, we would like to order online, but all the online options charge more money than the menu prices. Since we normally order as carry out, we just ordered over the phone.“
