Yesterday was our first time eating at Station One in Yorkville. I am kicking myself for not going sooner. The brisket was so tender it just fell apart. My mouth was watering watching them cut it up. So flavorful and smokey. Delicious. We also had the burnt ends which were the best we have had in a long time. Tender and moist. And we had the pulled pork. OMG! The best pulled pork I have had! We went to the Plainfield location today and it was so good! Friendly atmosphere, good prices and super kind staff. The frito pie was awesome. And great place to watch football. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you.
