I love zuppa di mare! I really like Italian restaurants, though I've been to a few but none have truly impressed me. Today's restaurant was amazing, not only because the food was delicious but also very flavorful. The tomato flavor was very refreshing and not cloying at all. The service was amazing! We celebrated my 22-year-old daughter's birthday, and the food was outstanding. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was very kind and attentive. We had a wonderful experience!
Plenty of light coming in from the street side windows. Very nice white table cloths. Wait staff seemed complacent for our table. The real go getters and best impression came from the black shirt and red tie staff. You can eat outside or inside. We chose inside with some decor of Frank Sinatra. Not much else to describe inside.

Based on reviews, Rosebud Naperville is a good place that is typically solid. It has been a favorite for many years with huge portions. The fried calamari was light and tasty. The lunch eggplant stack was light and enjoyable, and the gnocchi bolegnese was rich and prepared perfectly. The vodka pasta and chicken parm were really good. An appetizer of garlic knots were very good with the marinara sauce, and a fresh warm Alfredo garlic sauce was amazing. The stuffed mushrooms were very good. The Tiramisu was good. However, the scampi Alla Rosebud is breaded shrimp served on bread. The Gnocchi al Forno (Baked Gnocchi) is no longer available. The bruschetta had black olives. The constant ask to clear away the plate before finishing and obvious pressure to leave the table after 1 hour left a poor mark.
