“It’s a nice place to eat. Unfortunately there was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. They was very loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff didn’t tell them to lower their voices. Maybe they need a special room away from the front so that other paying customers can enjoy their meals and conversations.“

“We were there Friday night me and my best friend. The manager was exceptional. Food was on point like always.“

“My family took me to Piccolo Bucco for my birthday and we all liked it.

We sat in their 4 season patio area, we went at 3pm and it was the perfect time to sit and enjoy each others company with out it being packed and we did not feel rushed. At night I imagine it’s much more romantic as they had lights on the ceiling with vines and lemons. Cute set up!

We had 6 people-
I made reservations online- no wait-they were very accommodating with moving a chair and having us close to the door bc I’m in a wheelchair and it can get tricky with aisles etc.

We tried the fried stuffed squash blossom and those who tried it really liked it.
They have 2 flavors of slushie sangria right now
Peach and passion fruit
We liked the peach, didn’t try the other one

They do have bread but it is more like a warm flat bread- we had 6 people and only got 5 pieces and it was not complimentary. It was ok - we liked the spicy dipping sauce it came with
We didn’t try any pizza this time but we are definitely going to next time.
I tried their Cacio e Pepe and it was good, there’s a lot of pepper (big part of the dish)
The start of the show- all 6 of us agreed- chicken Parmesan is excellent
Rigatoni alla spicy vodka sauce with sausage - it’s the last item on the left side of the menu-very good! Under entrees

I got a free gelato since it was my bday and I chose the chocolate hazelnut and it was so good! Even had a few crunchy nuts and a biscotti

The table shared a piece of chocolate hazelnut cake and that was very delicious

The set up was nice, great place for a date, family dinner, business lunch- I think just about any reason to meet up- this place is great!

You could totally split a pizza or an entree if you were looking to spend a little less money.

They also offer wine flights, wine tasting (like at Cooper’s hawk)

There’s an outside area between this place and Ruths Chris steak house. It’s a public area so no alcoholic drinks are allowed but it’s a great place to sit on a nice day - they had chairs, benches and a few Adirondack chairs

All together we give it an 8/10 and plan to go again!“

“Lou's is one of our favorite pizza restaurants. Unfortunately, our last visit did not live up to our previous ones. The Lou''s deep dish pizza had a crust that was very tough. The server could hardly cut it and we could not cut it with out knives without a lot of muscle and sawing motions. The server did not come back to serve us our subsequent slices, as most do. Also, it was one of our guests birthday's and the server brought out a mini cookie with ice cream and whipped cream, which was nice. We noticed other tables had a cherry and a candle on top. And the noise level was really high.“

He always makes sure every customer is satisfied, and is incredibly dedicated to supporting local schools and the community. Our two favorite servers are Gavin, and Jess. They are incredibly prompt, kind, and accommodating. My favorite thing is how they treat my children. They always make them feel happy and comfortable, which makes our night stress-free. Little Italian is also the best place to go for large parties and group gathering. They are incredibly accommodating, and can almost always offer you the space, even on relatively short notice. Once the bartender was our server, and delivered the same extraordinary customer experience, also paying special attention to my children, making our night fantastic and stress free.“

“I’m not sure why this place has only 4.1 stars. We came here for my birthday dinner and had no problems. Our server was friendly, we were sat immediately, and our service was prompt. The food was amazing and warm. The vodka sauce was some of the best I’ve ever had. The bread was toasty warm when brought to our table. The servers ran around endlessly filling water glasses and clearing tables of dirty dishes. Our server was busy, but checked in often and never made us feel forgotten. Drinks were delivered promptly and were delicious. I even got a flaming sparkler and a couple cannolis as a birthday treat at the end. The environment inside felt very elegant and welcoming. I would definitely visit Rosebud again.“

“Lou’s pizza is always a winner! Their buttercrust deep dish and thin crust pizza are both amazing! They will cook it to your liking and it is always hot & delicious. It has been a staple in the Chicago area for years! I remember going to the restaurant in Lincolnwood as a kid with my family, now we take all of our out of town guests to the one in the Gold Coast or doing takeout from the Naperville 95th Street location! Highly recommend for great food (salads too) and great service!! FYI, they also have a great reward program.“
