We were the first customers there for lunch, so both servers, ARIEL and JENNIFER, working the lunch shift helped make my daughter-in-law's dad's birthday extra special in several ways. “The Naperville location closed so we went to Woodbridge. Alex was our server and was very attentive. He was very familiar with the menu and able to tell us his recommendations. Staff is very friendly and service was especially amazing from our server David G, he immediately came to offer us drinks and since we don’t drink he immediately offered us Iced Tea, Arnold palmers or explained that they offer a variety of hot tea flavors as well. He was very professional and explained everything well when it came to food. He also brought us refills, without us asking. Great service, he should be in charge of training! We recommend him!“

“Spending a hockey weekend in Naperville we were looking for a quality pie and the reviews and pictures led us to Calogero's. Starting with the traditional sour dough crust and the highest quality Italian tomatoes, the quality of the ingredients is clear, as the flavors pop with each bite. Ended up going back for dinner the same day. Tried 4 different pies, each one was unique and completely spectacular. Finished each meal with freshly pipped Cannoli. Next time back in Naperville we will most certainly be back...Salvatore has it going on, simply put Calogero's is as good as it gets.“

“I've been to Il Sogno three times in the past six months and it never disappoints. In fact, the lobster in squid ink pasta is one of the best dishes I've had anywhere anytime! It is a perfectly blended set of spices and flavors that is to die for! We were there on a Wednesday night when most guests dined on the rooftop. We stayed inside and had excellent, personal service. I have had plenty of Italian beef before and this is still my top choice. Too bad I now live in AZ and Buona has not migrated to the southwest like that other restaurant ? So all you folks who are looking for a good Italian beef here, come here instead of that other place. Buona is the best!“

This team goes above and beyond making sure that out table has everything that it needs, the way the staff converses and builds rapport does not go unnoticed. “We had a 50th anniversary party for our parents scheduled at another restaurant that overbooked us. We frantically searched for somewhere comparable six days before the event. Fortunately, we found Gatto’s. It was not comparable; it was far superior than our original restaurant. I honestly expected it to feel like they were doing us a favor by hosting our party. Instead, we were treated like royalty. The food…THE FOOD. Best calamari, hands down, in my life. Our kids table of picky eaters polished off the entire family size bowl of rigatoni with vodka. It was incredible. The service was second to none. JJ and the rest of the crew took care of EVERYTHING. We WILL be back soon!“
