Very disappointed with this location. Stopped in to have a rainbow cone. Waited 10 minutes, no one came over to help. Went to the Buona counter and asked if someone could take our order. They said it would be a while because they were busy. That is unacceptable in my book. After waiting a little while longer we walked out. Their customer service sucks. Will never go back or recommend this location.
Buona in Darien is one of my favorite locations. The employees are very nice. Joey and Bertha both make the place very welcoming. They are nice and very good at their jobs!
