Stopped here for some late night snack and I’m so accustomed to long, curt, mumbling at every drive through that Tina shocked me tonight. It was easy to place my customized order and she went above and beyond normal service. She dealt with her long line with a smile and kindness. Rarely take the time to leave a review (unless incentivized lol), but Tina needed to be recognized for setting the example of customer care. Me leaving this review alone speaks wonders of her.
The place was packed! Because they were so busy and we had to wait longer the cashier upgraded our drinks to large so we could sip while waiting and still have enough left to drink with our meals. Little things like that bring people back.
Its basically fast food, however this location does put a lot more on your tacos compared to the locations around me in tazewell and peoria counties. Kiosks thing sucks, I dont know why places keep putting them in. And not many people there bith times I went.
