We’ve missed the Orland Park location so we decided to take the drive to Lombard this evening. The evening was exactly how we remembered Buca! We sat in the kitchen and had the antipasta salad, meatballs, pastas, and the brownie cake. We even talked to a few employees that we recognized from the Orland restaurant.

While it had been a while since I had been to a Buca di Beppo. I don't remember it being family style. But we had a good time.
Giselle (sp?) was our server and she did a fantastic job and explained how dinner would work.
The atmosphere was my favorite part of this experience. Wooden panelling throughout and pictures and mural covered walls in small dining rooms gave this a very intimate setting. Walking through the kitchen on the way to our table was also very unique.

the waiter was extremely nice and humourous, I loved her. the atmosphere was so gorgeous. I took many photos. the lighting was perfect as well, the food? it was amusing and delicious. thank you to everyone who served me!
