It’s Chicago style pizza at its best! The deep dish and thin crust are my weakness. I can’t just order one or the other, I always gotta order one of each!!! I like my deep dish with the sausage patty in it and a regular cheese thing crust pizza! A big customer service shout out to the manager at the 95th street Lou Malnati's in Naperville. I was trying to order from the website on 3/25/2024 and the site would not let me check out. After a while I gave up and ordered by calling. I somehow managed to call the wrong store although I swear I was calling the store in Naperville. Very well done pizza. Deep dish was fantastic with perfect portions of cheese and sauce. The added sausage was a delight. Absolutely amazing crust that was cooked to perfection. Service was superb as well. Treated very well and waitress was attentive to our needs.Only 4 star is for atmosphere...seated very close to other parties and the volume of the restaurant is somewhat of a deterrent. Plenty of open seating within the restaurant and they crammed everyone in one spot.
