Lou's is one of our favorite pizza restaurants. Unfortunately, our last visit did not live up to our previous ones. The Lou''s deep dish pizza had a crust that was very tough. The server could hardly cut it and we could not cut it with out knives without a lot of muscle and sawing motions. The server did not come back to serve us our subsequent slices, as most do. Visited from KC and wanted a true deep dish experience. Lou Malnati's did not dissapoint. We had the original pie and loved how delicious it was. The crust was awesome and crispy. All the ingredients were fresh tasting. The sauce tasted as it it were made for us. The fam loved the sausage that was on the pizza.
