Located on the busy Jefferson Street, this Starbucks is very conveniently situated and quite spacious, making it a great spot to sit, relax, and meet a friend. The atmosphere is generally good and vibrant, with the familiar inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The coffee and food, like egg bites and muffins, maintain a consistent Starbucks level of quality, and drinks such as the Venti Cold Brew Pecan ND Foam are enjoyed.
However, service experiences vary significantly. While some find the service great and the staff wonderfully kind, others report serious issues. These include rude service, incorrect orders like the wrong size water or a tea without requested sweetener, and very long wait times for standard drinks and muffins, suggesting a need for managerial attention to moving orders. The location can get very packed, leading to waits. A specific sanitary concern was noted regarding a very dirty individual being allowed inside, which shocked some customers.
Small touches, like writing "Happy Labor Day" on cups or providing a pup cup, are appreciated, but occasional oversights, like not providing a sleeve for a hot Chai Latte, also occur.
