“I absolutely love the food, coffee and atmosphere with 2 stars taken off of the lovely decor, just because I have yet been able to sit and enjoy a conversation with friends. Every seat is filled by people on laptops sipping 1 drink every time I have been there, even outside on nice days. I love meeting up with my friends and catching up. Sparrow would ideally be the perfect spot if there was a seat open, let alone a few seats together. The staff are amazing, drinks are perfect, and the food is delicious. If I'm in the area, I will grab a to go order. If I'm meeting friends, we opt for a more social friendly shop.“

“I got a cloud cake during mother's day and the staff was super nice, they even included something to cut the cake, some candles and a mother's day decoration. The cake was phenomenal.... it was just perfectly sweet and soft. I absolutely recommend that you try something from this place“

“Rosies moved to their new location and changed menu items. I use to go for the sausage gravy, but would you know they changed the sausage gravy and biscuits!!! It's not as good as before at all. The sausage were cut into tiny pieces instead of crumbled sausage. The biscuits were to big for the little gravy given. It was good while it lasted!!!!“

“We fell in love with Scooters driving through Iowa and Nebraska. Their coffee is delicious. I love that they have so many sugar free syrups. The SF Coconut is my favorite. My husband gets an iced coffee with sweet cream. Delicious coffee and very friendly baristas. “Scoot on up”“

“If you are looking for a place to eat made with whole foods and a good atmosphere, Blackerry Market is the place to go. The sandwiches and Italian Wedding Soup are so good as well as the coffe. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone. :)“

“Thought I was popping in to a typical donut shoppe. Oh, no. This is a boujee donut atmosphere. I was immediately happily greeted (caution if you're one of those grumpy morning people) and shown the extensive menu. I ordered a vanilla cookie butter, chocolate frosted, and a plain for my dogs. When the staff saw I had 2 dogs eagerly waiting in the car, they tossed in an extra plain one. These donuts may send you into diabetic shock, but they are well worth it! Melt in your mouth delicious. Do NOT forget the wet nap, though! As much as you'll lick your fingers, you're gonna need need one. Highly reccomend.“

So I just got through telling him about my flight which is now delayed for 3 days, and he was just so accommodating in return. “I stopped at this Starbucks for a coffee and the bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. The barista who gave me my items was super friendly and the best part was my coffee was hot, like it’s freshly brewed hot! ! I live 45 minutes from here and Starbucks I frequent the coffee is hot but not fresh hot if that makes sense. Thank you for great service and delicious food & coffee!“

“I saw racism at it's ultimate high Monday morning July 2. Congratulations to the young women that handled it with complete calm and grace. Not sure if they called the police on the white trash woman that screamed, swore and yelled racial slurs at the employees, but I feel disgusted by her and feel sorry for the teenage daughter that was extremely embarrassed. I cannot imagine what happens inside this home, and I saw them video it all so I hope they post it.“

This was the only thing near downtown naperville other than a Starbucks so I thought I'd check it out.“

“We were in town for a basketball tournament, with a group of 22, and their staff accommodated our entire group! From the hostess, to our waitress, to whom I believe was the manager (tall gentleman), they were fantastic! The food, was delicious!!! Serving sizes were generous and their drinks were great as well. If we are ever back in town, we will return!“

“the workers were incredibly sweet, especially these two girls (one with dark red hair and one with curly hair). one of them even gave my sister and i a pair of free keychains because i complimented them. the dark red hair was having a bad day apparently, and i guess i made her day a lot better when i said her and the other girl were super pretty. even though she was having a bad day, she still welcomed my sister and i with a bright smile and attitude. 😊😊 those two 100% deserve a raise“

I’ve visited many Starbucks locations, but this young man truly deserves the highest praise! He is respectful, incredibly friendly, and has a charismatic way of interacting with customers. I caught him working the drive-thru today.
Usually, baristas might smile and offer help, but you still feel like just another stranger to them. Basil is different — he genuinely inspires trust and makes you want to come back to this specific location again and again.

“I stopped this morning for my usual coffee and I always feel so bad cuz the order is so long and I hate being that person. I am so bad with names but the girl who took my order was literally SOOOOOOOO super sweet and the guy at the window had such a fun convo with me and was also so sweet. I never carry cash and I wanted to tip them soooo bad! I wish there was a way to add a tip when you pay on the app! We recently made a trip and I am on a diet restriction due to an upcoming procedure, but still wanted to visit as it it part of our weekend routine. When we came in we knew it would be difficult finding something I could have this time. Aiden was working the registrar and let us know about some options we could do, including modifications to certain drinks, and helped us choose the perfect drink THANK YOU!!“
