I wanted to share something I saw here today with the review.The customer in front of me was very rude to the staff who were genuinely trying to help her. Not sure of the whole story, but this person clearly had very unreasonable and unrealistic expectations, verbally abusing the staff as they gave her a refund and she walked out.All the members of the staff remained calm, treated her politely and I want to commend them for this! Always busy. My local Starbucks. They’re always really friendly and efficient. They do run out of stuff like oat milk more than you’d like, and the drive thru ordering was broken for a while. Kind of feels like Corporate doesn’t show them enough love, even though they’re so busy. Everyone their has such a good attitude about it all that it still merits 5 stars

2nd time I came to this Starbucks and didn't feel welcomed! No smiles back, no cordial assistance. They all seem to be in a hurry wurh me when there was no other customers. Except the young man from Wednesday night?. I don't know if I can come back to a plsce where I don't feel welcomed, though the drinks were off the chain.
