2nd time I came to this Starbucks and didn't feel welcomed! No smiles back, no cordial assistance. They all seem to be in a hurry wurh me when there was no other customers. Except the young man from Wednesday night?. I don't know if I can come back to a plsce where I don't feel welcomed, though the drinks were off the chain.

I wanted to share something I saw here today with the review.The customer in front of me was very rude to the staff who were genuinely trying to help her. Not sure of the whole story, but this person clearly had very unreasonable and unrealistic expectations, verbally abusing the staff as they gave her a refund and she walked out.All the members of the staff remained calm, treated her politely and I want to commend them for this! It’s hard to do that! And no one should have to tend to this kind of behavior! This is a great store, with awesome staff and great service !!! I wanted to thank them for it! ?

Drive thru employee completely lacking positive attitude. Ordered a breakfast wrap at 9am to be told they were out, then magically found one way in the back and said it was still okay so I took it believing her.....huge regret... completely disgusting and never going to this location again and have told others about the

I sent in a mobile order, and I picked it up drive thru. They messed up my drink, no big deal I just asked them to fix it. They forgot to line the cup with caramel and then she tells me oh we can only put it on top now, to which I said no I want it on the cup. So they dumped out my drink lined another cup and switched it over, now the cold foam was completely gone after they did that. She hands it back to me, and I ask her if they could add the foam back on top. She then tells another girl that's actually making the drinks, apparently they were bothered they had to fix a drink they messed up. They just dropped some cold foam into a small espresso cup and gave me my drink with the foam on the side, because they didn't have the time to properly fix it. Worst Starbucks experience to say the least, won't be back here ever again. I payed for my drink to be made, not so I'd have to assemble it. This was at 1200 S. Naper Boulevard

The guy at the counter was very rude to me and then got my order wrong after he did so I asked him very nicely if he could change it to what I wanted and showed him the receipt of what I got he then proceeded to say that there was nothing he can do and that I shouldn't have ordered on the app and walked away. This left me very upset because I usually love Starbucks in the morning but will be switching to the Dunkin by me instead sense they have way better people and customer service.

Always busy. My local Starbucks. They’re always really friendly and efficient. They do run out of stuff like oat milk more than you’d like, and the drive thru ordering was broken for a while. Kind of feels like Corporate doesn’t show them enough love, even though they’re so busy. Everyone their has such a good attitude about it all that it still merits 5 stars
