They have a very unprofessional and immature employee who was a young female who would not provide her name. They had no courtesy and bad customer service. The employee may have been having a bad day and I’m sorry but that is no excuse to treat a customer with disrespect. I hope Jose the manager can lead this team in a better direction and give people some grace. Best of luck to whoever goes to this location and expects a smile and greeting.
9/10 times a great experience. This is one of my regular go to locations for breakfast and I get a weird altered order, very rarely is there a mistake.
Average McDonald's location. Order was correct which is nice but the service was awful. Didn't respond timely, ignored questions. Gave it two stars instead of one for service since it was actually quick.
