“Your burger gets cooked when you order, so it's fresh. it is a hand packed burger. iam gluten free and they have gluten free buns. I have been here 2 times now and have no complaints. Food is fresh and hot. Haagan Daz ice cream shakes. inside is clean and so are bathrooms. I will come back when in area.“

“Should you peruse the review listings, you may well notice a demarcation in reviews dating roughly 3 months ago (Early March of 2026), with a notable uptick in 5 star reviews since said time frame. This corresponds with my own personal experience with this Burger King, where the past few months have shown a remarkable improvement in both food and service. My past several visits have been handled by an individual named Laura, who seems to be presently acting as the pylon upon which the store is anchored, and I am unsure whether she is part of acting management. She is usually operating both drive through and front counter, while also seemingly responsible for maintaining the dining area of the establishment. Despite this she has always been courteous, friendly, and pleasant and I have never felt rushed or pushed when ordering. My food has been some of the best I have had at a Burger King in quite some time, and it was the food that ultimately lead to my decision to post this review; my whopper has been hot, fresh, and prepared precisely as I have requested. Whether this marked improvement is a consequence of the overhaul that corporate has advertised via recent commercials, or a result of this particular establishments management/staff, I am unable to elucidate upon. Regardless I heartily recommend this Burger King to anyone wishing to enjoy a nostalgic atmosphere with excellent food and a smile behind the counter.“

“This is my go to Dairy Queen, there are two employees named Xander and I believe Abby. They are both constantly cleaning and always gives their undivided attention to the customers, everything is always clean neat and orderly while they are working.“

“Came in for the Cubs game and ended up staying through the Kentucky Derby — great call. Sat at the bar the entire time and the vibe was perfect for game day: sound on the Cubs at just the right volume, plenty of TVs, and a crowd that actually cared about the game.

Food was a home run across the board. Pulled pork waffle fries, buffalo chicken wrap, and the pulled pork tacos — all loaded with flavor. Hard to pick a favorite.

Staff was great too. One bartender and one server handling the floor and they were taking care of everyone. The only knock is that once the Derby crowd rolled in things got slammed and drinks took noticeably longer to come around — not really their fault with the staffing they had, just something to know if you're heading in for a busy event.

“never been talked to in such a rude tone in my life. I came into this restaurant at 2:25 today. there was literally no one in the place. maybe four in the drive-thru. I'm standing at the register the woman in the back cooking sees me there's a woman at the window and I don't see a single other employee. so I'm waiting and no one's coming so I say helloooooo. the woman at the drive-thru looks at me and says I'll be there when I can I'm busy now. oh my gosh. are these people that deal with the public not taught customer service or customer relations? “This place is amazing. Staff was extremely welcoming and outstanding customer service from the gentleman working the drvthru and front counter. I dined in for breakfast but got lunch once inside. And noticed the woman in the back was making orders while preparing other items and cleaning. That little woman is a machine in the back. Haven't experienced this type of service in a while. “I came here on a rainy day. It was muggy and the rain was pouring down hard outside. I needed my comfort food. I ordered the Baconator from the convenient electronic menu and sat. A short time passed and with less than 20 dollars my day was saved. A delicious burger at a nice quiet place. The staff was nice and the location was well maintained. I sat and ate with my mother there. We highly enjoyed our Baconator and Dave's burgers. We love Wendy's and this location definitely lived up to our golden standard when it comes to comfort food. Would definitely come back here again if I need another tasty fast meal. Please continue the great service during these tough times. “I visited Five Guys with family to Oswego, IL location since the regular Naperville branch got closed. I need to admit the fact the Five Guys consistently maintain their quality and clean ambience however the most important thing is about Edgar S who gave us an excellent service starting from order with a pleasant greeting and we totally liked his professionalism and he seem to be a great asset to Five Guys and deserves a rise in his job which is clearly evident from his work ethics and customer etiquette.
