“I had the deluxe bacon burger. The bread was good, not too soft, not too dry, just right and the meat had a good grill flavor. In summary, the burger was nothing exceptional but still very good and above average. The staff was friendly and quick. I was supposed to wait 5 minutes, but I got my food much earlier (even 15 or 20 minutes wouldn't have been a problem, quality takes time). I would describe the ambience as standard, a normal burger joint but everything seems a bit old. The restaurant itself was clean“
“I haven't been near a dairy Queen since I moved into Naperville from around the Aurora/Warrenville. I miss it so much that I took a friend with and drove to one of my favorites and ordered a Cappuccino Heath blizzard. That's my favorite and now my friend's too. I love the Dairy Queen on Eola Rd in the Stonebridge area in Aurora. I have to look at locations online and go from there!“
“The manager was absolutely the sweetest. My daughter wanted a happy meal with a Blue Rasberry Frozen Fanta. The machine was not ready, which I understand, so she asked for apple juice instead. The manager brought her 2. In the meantime, my daughter drops her food on the floor. I go to order a new happy meal and she catches me and says don't worry about it, I got it. Brings her new food AND the Blue Raspberry Frozen Fanta. What a great experience ?“
“I see a lot of negative reviews for this BK in Warrenville. Yesterday was my fifth visit ( all Drive-Thru orders ) in the past few months. Each time my order was fulfilled perfectly. All special orders, too. The order taker was very polite ( not the same person, either ). The food was hot and the cashiers were always nice ( again, different people at the window). It must be human nature to complain and that is why there are negative reviews. As for me - This BK has been incredible. I don't work for BK. I don't know anyone employed at BK. However, I would be proud to say I am part of this BK location. I know it's only been five visits, but to be impressed with the human interaction for all five visits isn't just a coincidence. This location is doing something right.“
“Great food, great drinks and best of all great service. I enjoyed my huckleberry ipa along with our brussel sprout appetizer and the pot roast sandwich. Maria provided us with a great experience, even on a packed Saturday evening. We enjoy the TV dinners as well, and grabbed a few of those to go. We will definitely be back! “I have been coming here since they opened. I've seen this restaurant survive covid and thrive before and presently. Always delicious, but service and food runners could be better trained and more attentive. The manager who also tends bar is quite delightful. He was extremely attentive and gracious with the issue we had.“

The gentleman at the front counter very kindly gave me recommendations and was extremely patient and checked to make sure I liked my meal. “BLUF: This is a nice Red Robin restaurant, it’s not unique, but they freshen up the menu a lot and I always enjoy my food.-bottomless sides are a key here, unlimited steak fries, sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli… they keep them coming, very nice.-plenty of TVs in bar area, but I’m not sure if they would play the sound of a game.-TVs and places throughout the dining area, not too obtrusive.-wait staff has always been great.-plenty of beers on tap and specialty burgers.-good atmosphere with lots of cool stuff on the walls.My family has been coming here for years, it’s not special, but we always know what we always know the good and service will be good. We will keep coming here in the future.“
