“Autumn at this location is an angel on earth. After visiting the night of July 4th my daughter lost her blankeys somewhere at the DQ. I went back that evening to ask and no one had seen them. I went back the next morning and Autumn was so kind to take my number and said she would look around. After checking the dumpster (what a sweetheart) she found them! My daughter was heartbroken after a night of sleeplessness and now she is over the moon. I’m so glad she saw this act of kindness at such a young age. Thank you Autumn you are simply the best! Ice cream is good too.“

“I had put in an online order to pick up and on the way there, my 1 year old fell asleep. When we got there, I went through the drive thru and was told they had not received the order. They asked if I could come in but I told them I had my son asleep in his car seat in the back. They had me pull around to the window and I showed them my email receipt that showed the right store, that it was paid for, etc. Tina had me pull into the parking lot, took a picture of my order, and made our food for us anyway and even brought it out to me in the parking lot, along with a Steak ‘n Shake hat for my son. I so appreciate her going above and beyond for me! Thank you Tina!“
