“The burgers are wonderful. I had mine cooked medium well and it was not dry like some places. I really like the fries because they have the skin on. They originally forgot my french fries but they fixed it by giving me free cheese sticks and helped me out. I will be back.“

“I had lunch last Sunday. I ordered a Beef and cheddar croissant and cheese .fries. There was very little beef on my sandwich. I had over 3 inches of just bread on my croissant. And barely any beef on the rest. The fries were mainly little pieces of potatoes. 1 inch to1 half inches of potatoes. It's hard to dip these pieces into the cheese, I purchased. Very disappointing.“

“I don’t usually give all 5 stars but our waitress Alondra was incredible! She greeted us very warmly. She made sure our drinks were filled and topped off. She was super patient with us because we don’t get out often so we took longer to look over the menus. She also checked in us not once but twice to make sure our food was cooked properly and that we were happy with our meals. I tipped her around 25%-30% because she deserved it! To top it all off she asked if we wanted a water to go and said goodbye warmly with a smile. Felt like I was visiting a family member or a really good friend. We definitely left full, and with happy smiles on our face!

“We frequent this BK as it is the only one around, and because it is a very nice place. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. Well last night I was at Delnor ( local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. This was so nice, especially after spending a few hours and the ER.“
