Let me start by saying I absolutely love this place. Every meal I’ve ever had at Portillo's has been top-notch, and my latest visit to the Batavia location was no exception for the rest of my group, everyone was thrilled with their food as well as the cake shakes. However, I decided to try the breaded whitefish sandwich, and my specific order was a massive miss.
