This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted.
I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house!

My daughter loved her soup sandwich and cookie
I had the original size Turkey with Swiss Cheese on multigrain bread, it was good!
