“Came to this location at 11:30pm - doubtful if we should purchase food at this hour since we've had bad experiences at other fast food places (not necessarily Wendy's) late at night. I was expecting subpar customer service and food. I was delightfully disappointed as soon as I was greeted at the drive-thru intercom. My order was taken very promptly, kindly, and attentively. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name but he was a young man with long hair working the drive thru window. Got home and food was hot, and not old. Will come back again!“

“I'm hoping employees or managers peek at these every so often. I'd like to say yes the wait was not short and i had to move from the car hop to the drive thru because for some reason when i pushed the red button 3 different times probably not working 😂. But I gota give props to the employee who is working drive through today around 5. Didn't rush me through ordering didn't catch an attitude at all. I seen its busy and i don't know how many people were working or if theres anyone new training. I appreciate that a lot.
