This Burger King used to be pretty decent, but I feel the last 3 times I've had some type of issue. Had placed an order on the app during breakfast. There was a wait to get my food once I arrived, but I understand sometimes it takes time to make good. Staff was friendly at least.
When I got home, this is where the issues starts. I had requested 8 packets of ketchup and got NONE. I also requested Splenda for my coffee and did NOT receive any. I did get a lot of sugar packets...read full review

The morning staff are very rude, they always make me wait for my orders for more than 15 minutes. They told me to pull at the door for my coffee and took 10 minutes I had to go in and get it myself to find out it was ready long time ago just sitting and getting cold. I am very disappointed about these frequent delays especially for a frequent customer
Every time I go, the people at the drive-through don't know even how to take orders and they're rude. They keep asking me to repeat myself. They never remember to give me ranch. Worst Burger King in the area to be honest they take forever during their rushes like forever.
