I work nearby so I come a few times a week for breakfast and this particular Burger King NEVER opens on timeThis photo I added is from 6:16 and are supposed to open at 6 and currently sitting in the drive through and is still not openTwo maybe three times a week of coming here for a year and a half and I have never once seen them open on timePlease change this locations opening hoursShould say "Whenever we feel like it"I can't tell you how many times I've sat in drive through at 6:05 and watched the very 1st employee get out of there car to go in 5min after openingEnding this review I have to add it is now 6:21 and still nobody has greeted me and lights are still off even though there are 2 cars hereI'm leaving, extremely frustratingI understand things happen and we are all human, but never opening on time Is crazyAnd opening this much later than open is even crazierAnd I really wish I was over exaggerating about the NEVER OPEN ON TIME, but I couldn't be more seriousWell I waited another few minutes cuz it's my day off and my pregnant wife is hungry and all she wanted was Burger King and now I'm gonna have to ask my sweet wife to pick another place, now 6:26 by the wayAnd still nothing

I ordered food through the app twice both times my order hasn’t been ready when I get there my last time I’m positive they gave away my food to someone else cause they knew the name of the order but didn’t know what I ordered so I had to waste time on my lunch waiting for them to make it again they just aren’t organized and slow service

Clown fest. Went in to eat there’s 3 people working, there’s only ever 3 people working. You can’t communicate with the staff, they walk around not caring at all the drive through didn’t move once, I didn’t see a cashier once either as I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting. When I walked in someone was given a cold coffee and asked for a hot one, she was still standing there when I walked out. Absolutely embarrassing, get it together.

Ordered food through the app and it was sent to the wrong Burger King. When I went in the girl working asked for my receipt; so I showed her. She said it was for a different location and that there was nothing she could do and walked away. I called the restaurant the order was sent to and they said they couldn’t do anything either. Corporate also told me there was nothing they could do. I will NEVER give Burger King my business again. Poor customer service.

The stores hours say they open up at 6 am. I was picking up a online order then I walked there and the doors were locked at 6:03. I waited 10 minutes outside still locked. I walked to the drive thru window and didn't see anyone. I called 3 times and no answer. I continued to walk around the building and I seen an employee sitting in his car. I walked up to the vehicle and he was smoking weed. I asked what's going on he said he is waiting for the manager to show up. Then he had the door opened with a piece of cardboard and he went back into the store after I told him that I had a online order. Then I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes outside when the manager shows up and unlocks the door at 6:38. I asked for a refund and she said "nope I'm not giving you a refund".

13 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I was given food....bland, tasteless food. No salt on the hashbrowns... coke tastes terrible as well. I got to have this pleasure for ridiculous price if 13.50....Get. It. Together. Or I will call the KING!

My mother placed her order and pulled up to the window to be "greeted" by a male employee rudely asking what her order was. She proceeded to drive off in response and the female employee started laughing hysterically as if it were funny. Horrible experience. Will not be coming back
