Your burger gets cooked when you order, so it's fresh. it is a hand packed burger. iam gluten free and they have gluten free buns. I have been here 2 times now and have no complaints. Food is fresh and hot. Haagan Daz ice cream shakes. inside is clean and so are bathrooms. I will come back when in area.
I originally rated this establishment as a 1 star due to poor customer service and not being able to try the food after hearing such good things. I was not to be deterred though, so I went back yesterday and was greeted promptly. I ordered the food to go, it came quick, and was absolutely fantastic!! This is a once a week place for me going forward!! The smash fries were absolutely delicious!! Just wanted to give you the rating you guys deserve!! Thanks!!
Went in and were immediately pleasantly surprised by the pleasant cooling breeze that greeted us. The manager (named Maurice) was very kind, charismatic, and accommodating. At first we thought it was too good to be true, the food MUST be bad or something. However we had the double bacon brisket burger (or something of the like) and it was INCREDIBLE, the first bite made my heart leap with joy! Definitely returning someday, an incredible experience through and through.
