“Nobody is perfect, everybody makes mistakes. I rar. when I do they always make it right and then some. This specific location is no exception. I received cheese on my burger when I asked for it without, called back and immediately received an answer and was told I could either have a free value basket voucher sent directly to my house or I could come back at my convenience and receive the correct order free of charge. I chose the second option and upon arrival and ordering, the general assistant manager Tony knew exactly what was wrong with my previous order and he wasn’t even the one I spoke to on the phone. He not only offered a large fry as opposed to the regular size one I had paid for, he also offered a concrete mixer in replacement of my drink and he even made it a large. When I got my correct order the food was fresh as always and everything was in place just as I ordered. I always have great customer experiences at every single Culver’s but this staff from the owner to managers, cashiers, cooks and so on all go above and beyond in every way.“

“I bought 2 FROSTY key tabs. These key tabs offer a FREE Jr. FROSTY.I bought them for my Dogs, the vanilla Jr FROSTY is their 'Pup Cup'I joke at the Drive-thru, "2 vanilla pup cups please" they laugh and ask me to repeat. I repeat then, "2 vanilla Jr. FROSTY key tabs". I also ask, no lid, no spoons, only napkins.My 2 pups are eagerly waiting for their treat as I pull to the window and get great smiles and laughs from the staff.People food is good too! lol“

“Excellent 1st visit. Tracey will take special care of you. Love the menu, recommend the bbq pizza. Also, the beers are really cold. Super friendly employees too. Going to try and make it back at least once a week. Absolutely would recommend.“

“Everything was fine, except for the kiosk. Twice as I was making my way through the ordering process, I ran into a dead end with seemingly no way to move on to the next page. I had to go to the counter and ask for help. The supervisor tapped all over and finally got me through the order. Still not good. I still hate the kiosks.“
