“My husband and I FINALLY made it here and I’m so sorry it took so long. We loved it. My husband had the steak tacos and I had the chile rellenos tacos sooo good! The margaritas were really yummy too might go today for the $6 margaritas. The owners were really nice to talk to were very personable we will def be back and try the shrimp n steak tacos:)“

“I’ve ordered takeout and dine in here recently. It was amazing! Food came out hot. The biscuits and gravy, and build your own omelette was so good. Big portion of hashbrowns and good sized omelette! Smash burger and poor boy were also a 10/10. I loved how the bathrooms had complete privacy. They have rubber stoppers that completely block that annoying gap between the door in public restrooms where you can see through! Service was great! Larissa was so kind and patient when dealing with a customer in our section who was not having a great experience! Love the artwork on the walls! Definitely will be coming back soon!“

I moved to shorewood il from Chicago 4 yrs ago I have been trying different restaurants for beefs I always pass by but never stop this time I did this place I give props too beef was excellent my husband said his gyro was better than greek islands in lombard il soft not dry

“Beautiful location !! When I tell you there season game is on point I promise you will not be disappointed. I have been there three times and I’m going back. I Absolutely love there food these people can cook so good 10/10 🔥🔥🔥 this is a place where you and your family can come after church on Sunday this is a family restaurant!! Everything just taste so delicious !! me and my family. Love this location. !!! I absolutely love the size of a taco they give you a lot of steak great flavor is something is good to me. coming back and back. “They went above and beyond for our family. We had about 30 people who decided to go out to dinner after a wake. We called and 15 minutes later they had a huge table set up and did an awesome job of taking care of us. Very impressed with the service we received.“

“One of our most favorite places to dine. The Allen Brother steaks are so delicious! You can't go wrong. We were a party of four and Stacey timed our meal from drinks to dessert perfectly. She is a great server and adds to the enjoyment of the evening.“

“I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience at the Culver’s on Larkin.
From the moment my sister and I walked in, Julius at the counter treated us with exceptional kindness and respect. He deserves a raise! He asked for my name when I ordered and continued to address me by name throughout my entire visit, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming.
I usually visit the Shorewood location, but I’ll definitely be coming back to the Joliet Culver’s just to see Julius again. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find!
The food was amazing, as always, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.“

“Our baseball team was in town for a tournament and we stumbled upon this place. The owner was really friendly. The staff was friendly and amazing and we had good food. The boys enjoyed it and loved the space that was available. The parents loved it too. “I recently ordered online, I ordered from the wrong location, as you know when that happens at other businesses you either go to get the order from wrong location or your just out of luck, no refunds. This restaurant on the other hand had my order canceled & money refunded by the time I ordered at the correct restaurant. THANK YOU!!“

“This isn't about the good (which I love), but about the people! I foster dogs and got a new foster puppy Saturday. She's very shy and afraid of people so she ran from everyone. She ended up in the reeds by Five Guys. The manager and two other employees help catch my foster pup! This could have ended horribly, but didn't. I'm eternally grateful! Thank you!!!“

“I placed an order for a jumbo cheese dog and fries and had to wait in the drive thru line over 30 minutes. They said they had a system issue but after reading the reviews I doubt that's the case. I got in line at 6:59 and placed my order it's now 7:33 and I just got the bag. I can't move anywhere because nobody else has their food so I have to sit here and wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a jumbo cheese dog with tomato and pickle only and a large fry. I open the bag there's a cup in there with a tomato and pickle in it and a cup of cheese missing my hot dog and my fries. It's now 7:37 and I'm still waiting and my order is incorrect. Who just orders a cup of cheese and a pickle and a tomato. I left there at 8:03 finally with my hot dog and fries“

“They're pretty slow but I think they're understaffed. And their sizes tend to vary, if I order a large I might get a mammoth cone or one that could graciously be called a medium at best. So. Not bad, the food is very good and the staff is super polite.“

“I ordered food through the door dash app. The order was prepped quickly and the dasher had it to me in about 10 minutes. Everything tasted great. My only issue is I ordered a chocolate milkshake with my food and they sent a vanilla shake. Aside from that service was prompt and quick and tasted good“

“Service today is disrupted by construction in the parking lot. I sincerely hope McDonald's is doing something special for the young lady working outside the drive-thru window. She said her name is Yahida (Ya-Ya) and she is out in the 90 degree weather running back and forth between cars with payments, change and food. She was still smiling and polite. 5 stars are for you Yahida!! My food, however, gets 3 stars. It's 11am and my fries are not fresh, like the oil is old. Just saying.“
