“Rax is okay. It's like Arby's and they have the Roy Roger's curly fries. I saw a YouTube video about the history of the franchise and it peaked my interest. They had some great commercials and I'm sure the place was great in its heyday when it had an all-you-can-eat salad bar, but now it's a little haggard-looking, and the roast beef is nothing to write home about.“

“I walked in and could smell the deliciousness. Ordered my food and my gyro was prepared in the back. They brought my food to me and I unwrapped heaven. The gyro was almost as big as my head (and I have a pretty big dome). The meat was tender and the tzaziki sauce was amazing. Just the right amount of raw onion and tomato. The puta was soft and delicious. The whole place had a great family vibe. Grandma owns the place, son helps run it and grandkids taking orders. One of the best gyros I have ever had (and I have had a fair amount of gyros). Definitely will be coming back the next time I am in town.“

“I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience at the Culver’s on Larkin.

From the moment my sister and I walked in, Julius at the counter treated us with exceptional kindness and respect. He deserves a raise! He asked for my name when I ordered and continued to address me by name throughout my entire visit, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming.

I usually visit the Shorewood location, but I’ll definitely be coming back to the Joliet Culver’s just to see Julius again. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find!

“I ordered mobile thru almost immediately after the lunch menu became available, I believe I was the first person to order lunch, at least online. I waited maybe 15 minutes for a lunch item, which was expected because the lunch menu was just opened, and instead of just giving me my food and sending me away, this very sweet lady with very curly blonde hair(I didn’t get her name) gave me a free brownie for “the wait”. I wasn’t expecting anything free at all and 15 minutes was the longest I had ever had to wait for food at this chick fil a(which really isn’t that bad for fresh food). Over all my experience there is always very pleasant and I’m always excited to get food there when I do!“

“Usually I go thru the drive up. This time I had some time to burn, so we went inside. About 6:45 PM, while the drive had a line, the inside was empty. Our food was done quickly. The staff was great. And as always, the sliders were awesome.“

“I popped in this place for the first time just after leaving the library in joliet. Yes it was hot with door cracked one fan and yes there was tolerable bit of a wait time as would be with any newly starting establishment. The chicken, freshly baked biscuits, hot just right fries was well worth the wait. I will be back for sure even if I have to wait a bit because I know once he gets another cook to assist him and his son that Brown's Chicken location in time will grow by leaps and bounds.“

“This isn't about the good (which I love), but about the people! I foster dogs and got a new foster puppy Saturday. She's very shy and afraid of people so she ran from everyone. She ended up in the reeds by Five Guys. The manager and two other employees help catch my foster pup! This could have ended horribly, but didn't. I'm eternally grateful! Thank you!!!“

I avoided them like the plague for years because I'm anaphylactic to Dairy that I found out the reason their hamburgers were dairy-free was just because they were adding Dairy to the buns. I found out if I just order it and tell them not to butter the bun I can eat it just fine! The bread is literally like cloud bread it's so soft and fluffy like no other bread I've tried except for Tim Hortons sandwich bread but that's all the way in Canada so I can't get it often. The only reason I gave this four stars is because their fries need to go. They have those crinkle cut fries in most of them are too soft for my liking. I like thinner and crispier, exactly what pops in the gas in wash serves, or Johnnie's beef serves in Elmwood Park or Nikki's hot dogs on Archer in Chicago. The soft crinkle fries gotta go. Hope one day that upgrade to more thin and crispy fries. Otherwise great food! Oh and one other upgrade would be nice if they got rid of the darn Sweet baby Ray's and made a good barbecue sauce to dip the tenders in because those are actually really good and by the way they're dairy-free as well! Although the chicken fingers are insanely priced.“

“Thoroughly impressed with the food and staff here. The woman up front did the best job and never lost her patience even though it was busy and she was up there alone. Doesn’t yet that the wings are the best I’ve ever had. All the people with me loved their food too. 10/10!!“

I like coming here due too, I always got a salad from here from working at my job I had at the moment. The fries are better due to the fries being gluten free. I have tried the lemonades (diet) but, sometimes homemade is best. The other items such as sandwiches I (unfortunately) can't have due to gluten allergy. The reason for the review is the Ice cream cones. THE BOMB 💣. On a hot day (once) me and my daughter wanted ice cream so, we took a drive to chik-fil-a and got some cones ! The best experience by far, the only thing I don't like or there could be more of is a way for employees to stay cool when it's hot out wearing a full uniform. I would recommend a company cooling shirt (just for hot days). I don't know just the humanity of having to do that on a very hot day must suck. Overall always a wonderful time coming here.“

“I’ve gone to many Dunkin’s in my life and this one was by far my best experience in one. The 3 boys in there were on point, courteous and just the extra mile service by putting my gardinera in a lil bag incase it spilled. All w a smile. It’s clean. Whoever the boss is there make sure u acknowledge these guys, good job!👍“
