Valentines' day at White Castle is our little tradition and this was the first time at this location, and they did an outstanding job. The sound level was perfect, like most we are not a fam of loud noisy places. The food we are aware of what we are getting and just want it fresh and warm, and it was. This Joliet White Castle team delivered, A+.
Cheap burgers done fast. My go to is their jalapeno burger, which is their standard burger with pepper cheese. They have cheese rings that are pretty good. But if you want to up your burger game, get the cheese rings and put them on your sliders, it really kicks the flavor up a

Everytime I come here my food is fresh and the workers are super nice. I've never had a bad experience besides the line taking awhile sometimes but it's understandable with pretty much everywhere being short staffed. Last time I went, I was given 2 extra sliders which was awesome. Thank you for having great customer service.
