Food was good. Service was not, what happened to people greeting you when they take your order? At least staying hi how are you today can I take your order and some eye contact would really make a difference..Kid-friendliness: Staff seemed bothered by noisy children.
Customer service can use some retraining. White Blonde haired girl was very rude & yelling at her employees. Concrete & burger were delicious. But the cheese curds were so salty I couldnt eat them. The Chili cheese fries are a total scam completely different from the picture. They put the cheese and chili in a tiny cup that doesn't even cover half the fries. And charging $8 for that should be a crime

Order came out, and the fries were salted and cold.When placing our order, we stated that the fries be made without salt and be dropped fresh.It was corrected but took 10 minutes. I like eating my fries with my sandwich, not separately.
