“This is truly a hidden gem in downtown Joliet. Food was absolutely delicious. We tried the pollo anticuchero, the lomo saltado and the papa a la huancaina and it was all very tasty. I had the parchita for a drink and it was also very good. We will definitely be back.“

“We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. Our service was done by Kaylea. Although she was very busy, she was very pleasant and helpful specially when I had to return my steak because it was under cooked to my taste. She took the steak back to the kitchen no problem and came back with a little better cooked steak with a brand new potato and veggies! The shrimps cocktail was very nice. Overall good food and good service. Perhaps the prices are a little higher but eating out these days is more then it used to be. Perfect location, right in the downtown market where is the Rideau mall, shops and restaurants.“

“My first time here . found this place by accident. I'm glad I stopped and gave it a chance .atmosphere was quite. Had the parrillada de camarones( grilled seafood)). Gave it a 4 on service she needed a little help, maybe someone to come around and check on the Patrons . She made me a very nice strawberry margarita, I was very happy with it.“

“If you like eating delicious tacos outside, with a view of a parking lot after being slightly mistreated by the staff, boy do I have a spot for you. Walking up, there is a window on the back of the grocery shop under a small overhang where you can order. The staff is always in a huge rush and it’s very obvious by how they treat you. When you place your order, you have to wait for your number to be called. They are also VERY stingy with their sauces. After you get your food your options are to eat under a small overhang in whatever temperature it is outside, or eat in your car. It makes for a not so great experience. Although, with great tacos at an affordable price, I will still keep coming back. No matter how rushed the staff may make me feel.“
