“Great little place , been there a few times . They have free popcorn that's fresh n delish , the pizza is thin n crispy and also really goooood !! Bobby is quite the host , he's super nice and funny too ! Always a great time and love the fact that it's cozy although it does get pretty busy lol I will be going there from now on . The service is always awesome and friendly ! Try it you won't be disappointed!“

“Was in Joliet and happened upon this bar and decided to stop. Best decision ever !!! The Bloody Mary’s are one of the best I’ve ever had and at a reasonable price ! They also had a nice choice of craft beers and a very welcoming bartender! We plan on stopping by every time we are in town !!!“

“Aaron the bartender is great! Thank you! So friendly, so kind. The drinks are super fun / cute, and I especially recommend the pina colada. The service is excellent, the vibe is very cute. Went on a Tuesday night around 9-10:30 - it was quiet which was nice, but livened up towards the end. The drinks could be a bit better which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5 - but I'll absolutely be back :)“

“It is a very cozy and clean place, where you can enjoy sports or games of chance since it has gaming machines, the prices are quite affordable, they have a small menu, with very good flavor, the sandwich we ordered was accompanied by a delicious meat juice, good attention from the bartender, and you can play your music on the jukebox!“
“Low key bar, not a big place but cozy. They have slot machines but no pool tables ? Bartender was very attentive to our needs and came over to chat while I was playing my favorite slot machine, she also enjoyed playing the same game. I know this is random but the Women's bathroom door was the cutest ever. Outside looks like a small cramped but nope. It was surprisingly big and clean“

“I stopped in and had a few drinks. The bartender was friendly, not a vast selection of hard alcohol, but they had the regular stuff. I asked for food, but no food was available. 2 pool tables, one dart machine, slot machines with a touch game, and iTunes. It was a small place with no table setting, only a bar, but it looked clean and cozy. The bartender seemed very relaxed.“

“Ummmmm, I do not remember being here. I must have had one hell of a time because I do not remember being here at all. I do not drink too often, so if I was here and did drink, that would explain a lot.I guess I had a great time. I hope I did not cause any trouble. If I did, I apologize. It's those dang Coronas and tequila mixers that do it every time!I hope I kept my clothes on and did not swing from any chandeliers upside down naked.If I did, I made it home safe, and thank you for not calling the police on me. “The Wait staff and bartenders are friendly. Just don't go for the fish fry if you are hungry and don't have a bunch of time to wait. After 1.5 hours and several promises, I finally got the truth, I'm not getting food. After a couple more struggles they repayed me. I've had the fish in the past and it is very good. Just way to disorganized and unprepared for the crowds they get. They need a better system in place. I'll give it another shot but will go right when they open for hopefully better results.“

“Met some friends for the Cubs opening day game on one of several television screens. I ordered a half pound burger from Thayer Brothers which is next door. It was prepared perfectly paired with fries and some tasty chicken noodle soup. I was in the mood for a beer on tap and was told they have not had "on tap" for over two years due to the pandemic. I hope they get that situation remedied when I go back.“

“Honestly, this bar is my favorite bar. The bartenders are absolutely splendid! All of them! They 100% know what they are doing. It's comfortable in there, they know when you need a drink. You're NOT waiting 10 minutes to be noticed. You are noticed right when you walk in the door. I've been to a lot of bars. This place is the bees' knees (if that's how you spell it). I always feel safe and looked out for. Thank you Judges!!! LOVE YOU!!!“

“I liked it, nice clean facility. Nice big bar area, the grill was clean and the lady cook was very nice, i asked for my amburger in a special way and she accommodated me. My oakbrook OTB is my favorite, been going there for years, but nice to try someplace different. Hawthorne club is a great get away to relax and have fun.“

“We only stopped by to use the bathroom on our way to Michigan, had we had more time I would have definitely ordered a drink and stuck around to play many of their bar games they had avaliable as well as slot machines. Looked like they had plenty of space to dance around on the weekends. I would go check it out if you were thinking about it.“
“My cousin took me here for my birthday and I had a great time!! The bartender, Shelly, was the sweetest, nicest person ever! She was so helpful at picking drinks for me. I haven't been to very many bars and I really don't drink but she helped me pick out a couple really good drinks! The atmosphere and the other people drinking at the bar was so good. Everyone was so nice and just wanted to have a good time. At a point I even met parts of her family. I love a family bar ? ? Thank you for an awesome birthday!! ???“
“The new owners are great- very nice, ensured customers were all taken care of and happy to get to know and talk to everyone. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but also fun and upbeat! Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Great food and drink specials throughout the week. Definitely would reccomend checking this place out!“
