This is a no frills carniceria with a very basic but clean seating area. Don’t expect a fancy place, but you’ll be glad you stopped by. They sell meat by the pound and you can get most of the fixings there too. The Friday $1 dollar carnitas tacos are well served with amazing taste. Customers also enjoy the tamales, which are so moist fresh. The food is fantastic and authentic, not your typical "midwest Mexican Food". Street and parking lot parking is limited, but well worth it. Greeted by extremely welcoming owner and staff, this little gem in Joliet offers good authentic tasty food for low cost.
