“Tonight I went to Tasty Bite in Minooka and placed my order. I mentioned to the owner that while my food was being prepared I was going over to Roostys to grab a couple of shakes. Roostys was super busy and short staffed so I was waiting quite a while. No blame for that. All of the sudden I heard someone say my name, it was the owner of Tasty Bite bringing my order and then went behind the counter and made my shakes! That is amazing customer service! I also want to mention even though they were buried at Roostys, they kept smiling and kept their composure. Thank you to both businesses for great customer service!“

“Really friendly staff, showed up 20 min before close (would usually not do that). However the guy that took my order was eager to do it and I received my order in a timely manner. S/o to him for still being able to take care of his closing duties at the same time“

The atmosphere feels like you’re in a different era, never more than 5 people inside. The sparkling chairs in different colors. The sun room is phenomenal. You say rax— I say bet let’s go.“
