“While I've had this place plenty of times before, this was unfortunately not my greatest experience this time around. I ordered ahead, got there on time, and still was waiting for my food, and while I'm not sure if they had a ton of orders, the restaurant only had a couple customers waiting for orders. So I was already a little upset about the wait time, but once I got home, only 6 mins away, I noticed my sandwiches were not fresh off the griddle hot. They were just warm, which was weird seeing I was waiting for what seemed to be fresh sandwiches. While it's damn near impossible to park, I think I'll just take my chances and order in the store from now on.

Parking: There's very limited parking, as there's a bus stop in front of the building that takes up a lot of space. And there's a limited fee space across the street from it.

Kid-friendliness: They have an extensive menu where you could choose something for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, and there's stairs, and I don't recall an elevator.“

“Me and my wife love it here! Always fast food all the time! The service is so fast and the workers are always so nice! The food is always hot and fresh! I would recommend everyone to come check it out if you are in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat!

Parking: It's not really too busy so you will always have a spot.“

Staff is super friendly, food is always fresh, hot and well made. Soups are homemade and delicious. It's THE go to place for breakfast.
I HIGHLY recommend the burgers. There are a lot of places that specialize in burgers in Joliet, but none of them can come close to Louie's.
