“Our 1st visit everything was Great : Food & Cleanliness was above average for QSR. The Best part of Our visit was a teenager named Katie. She is very knowledgeable of all menu items , very pleasant & multi-task as a veteran.“

“Maria was great, I was having trouble with my card not working on the app. I came im and she told me (in a kind way) that the problem was the app itself. through the app I had used points to get a sandwich, and I was still able to receive my sandwich for the points (some locations will deny it as the points are already used). within 5 mintues I had walked in, received my food, and was able to walk out. best experience at a McDonald's I've had in a while.“

“It's a McDonalds, you know what you are getting, and they usually "hit it" (unlike the ones four miles east towards I-55 or the one three miles north towards I-80 that "miss it"). Eating here 3-4/month, there misses are usually small (assembly on special order burger, charging for extra lettuce, having to initiate the conversation when going thru the drive-thru at night, stuff like that)“

“Ordered online for breakfast and parked in pickup area. Wasn’t sure how their process worked so I called and the staff was friendly. Someone came out and got my name and then brought my food out to the car with a smile. Also learned that they now serve pizza!“

“I visited the Joliet location today and complimented the owner on how good the Gyro meat tasted. He said he buys only the 'premium Lamb' from Kronos. Apparently there are different levels of meat quality. This location serves up a plentiful plate of food. Enjoy it at this Joliet location or their other store at 2300 N Lincoln Ave in Chicago. Same owner. They also have a patio if you would like to take your dog,“

“Tonight I went to Tasty Bite in Minooka and placed my order. I mentioned to the owner that while my food was being prepared I was going over to Roostys to grab a couple of shakes. Roostys was super busy and short staffed so I was waiting quite a while. No blame for that. All of the sudden I heard someone say my name, it was the owner of Tasty Bite bringing my order and then went behind the counter and made my shakes! That is amazing customer service! I also want to mention even though they were buried at Roostys, they kept smiling and kept their composure. Thank you to both businesses for great customer service!“

“They went above and beyond for our family. We had about 30 people who decided to go out to dinner after a wake. We called and 15 minutes later they had a huge table set up and did an awesome job of taking care of us. Very impressed with the service we received.“
