I love Wendy's food. Our community's Wendy's used to be top notch. This store has gone down hill and crashed at the bottom. This is possibly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to now. The staff is the worst and the lobby is always closed. I went there tonight and there was a bus parked outside and the lobby was full, yet the doors were locked to any other customers. A truck driver was trying to get in and was turned away. He obviously couldn't drive through the drive through. Something seriously needs to be done.
