“I haven't been in a subway that was fully staffed and making things happen in a long time. Subways have gone so far downhill with their service; I've practically stopped going. It was nice to be met with a smile and see more than 2 employees.“
“Very nice and polite workers I'm a very pick person and they did give me any problem when i asked them to put my veggies on the side only thing they did was forgot the spinage but with me being picky and that's the only thing they forgot I was fine great place to go thumbs up to them“

“The food is really good.The service is great.Deducted 1 star for price.Grossly overpriced.$2.39 for a small drink.$1.79 for the smallest bag of chips.Fortunately all my food was good.Total was over $17I don't know where else you're gonna pay $17 for lunch besides a decent restaurant.I eat lunch out at least 4 days a week.This place could easily be in the once a week rotation.Unfortunately due to pricing, they will be in the once a year category“
“Was here on a Monday about 1pm. The lady making our subs was friendly and patient, while I texted my husband for his order. Even after our subs were made, she put some cheese in a little bag, when he decided he did want cheese on his sub, so sweet!“
“Idk why but this Jersey Mikes is so inconsistent and depends in whos making your sandwich for it to be good. Just moved around the corner and been here maybe 5-6 times now. If ordering in store, usually not too bad. But when ordering on the app, its like they rush the sandwich just to get it out if the way. Different amount if meat every tome vs in person. Barely any oil/vin vs in person. This may also be the slowest shop on Earth too sandwich makinf wise. Not sure id everyone is new but always a different person there making during lunch. Just a very inconsistent JM’s - wish i could frequent the New Lenox location more. They’re constantly putting out grade A subs“
“You get served fresh breads and cookies which you don't usually find at the other subways based on my experience with them. People including the Walmart staff are usually friendly and often forgiving for your mistakes. My time spent at this store with the staff, customers and the owner will always be remembered ☺️“
“Get it fast, they say... well, they did. And fresh. The combination of fresh baked bread and fresh ingredients, just, come together for an outstanding sandwich. Combined with the JJ chips that are super crunchy, it makes for a great quickMeal!“
“Friendly staff during the day. Fresh ingredients! Clean facility. Yummy smells are free! This store has plenty of dining space inside and is well taken care of. Im sad that most subways dont have the seafood and crabmeat sandwiches anymore but I guess it wasn't popular enough. Much better than the subway inside walmart. The breads have always been fresh and delectable. I just really wish they would bring back the $5 footlong!“
“Went at lunch time reluctantly thinking it would take a long time. Not at all. Had a detailed order for 4 people and it was perfect and fast. The lunch crew knows what they’re doing!!! I always love the food especially the grilled chicken salad. The kids love the loaded fries. ❤️“
