“I have been a couple times and always had great service and food! Recently I ordered through the app and there was an accidental second charge to my credit card. I called the store and they had it fixed by the end of the day! Thank you Potbelly!“

“You get served fresh breads and cookies which you don't usually find at the other subways based on my experience with them. People including the Walmart staff are usually friendly and often forgiving for your mistakes. My time spent at this store with the staff, customers and the owner will always be remembered ☺️“
