The food is really good.The service is great.Deducted 1 star for price.Grossly overpriced.$2.39 for a small drink.$1.79 for the smallest bag of chips.Fortunately all my food was good.Total was over $17I don't know where else you're gonna pay $17 for lunch besides a decent restaurant.I eat lunch out at least 4 days a week.This place could easily be in the once a week rotation.Unfortunately due to pricing, they will be in the once a year category
I like Potbelly's, even airport location but sometimes it's hit or miss. I can honestly say my experience at the Joliet location on Jefferson is consistently a good experience! Not all franchises are equal, this location has good customer service and consistently good sandwich, chili and soups!
