I was just in there at 6:15pm 05-082023 ordered smokehouse sandwich was made wrong no greens or tomato on it like in the picture only had cheese and meat,horseradish
and salad was short changed o substance, greens and other items missing , bowl was barely full…. started out being good when I started going here….. every time the girls are working in the evening they get my order wrong. Tonight, after an incredibly long work day, I decided to get a quick, good dinner. I chose Potbelly on Jefferson. Have always had fairly good service but tonight was the worst. Girl who took my order in drive thru was very short and rude while taking order. When I finally got to the front of the line, I sat in my car for 10 minutes before this same girl asked me what I ordered. Then shut the window and then another 10 minutes goes by. She finally comes back to take my payment....read full review
So rude we usually have great service but tonight they were very rude white or wheat what do u want what topping bottom left I didn’t want lettuce they put on lettuce ughhh I should gone back but I don’t think we will eat here anymore. Go to a different one! The employee need to not be so blah n rude

Based on the reviews, Potbelly offers fantastic sandwiches and milkshakes with constantly outstanding food. The sandwiches are always delicious, and the best sandwiches in town. The service is great, with great customer care and service. The staff is always fast, nice, and fresh food. One sandwich maker named Curtis is personable and truly understands what great customer service is. The manager is also kind and helpful. Customers are always greeted with a smiling face. This location has lots of tables inside, a handful of tables outside, and a drive thru. Customers have ordered many times and have never been disappointed by the food or service, calling it a 10/10.
