One time I went in and asked for 3 scoops of rice, I was told I would be charged for the 3rd scoop when these non meat toppings are supposed to be free. I have gone less and less because it feels like pulling teeth to request extra of anything. They try to rush you on before you can and when you do you can see the annoyance on their face. The portion size of my DoorDash order was criminal. If you don’t want to serve people food don’t open a restaurant.
Ordered an online order today. Portions were small. I also bought guacamole and chips. The guac was an off-putting gray/brown when i received it as if it was old or sitting out all day. The chips were soft and stale. This was my first and last time going to this specific Chipotle. The quality and quantity in food was very disappointing.
