Food poisoning - ordered a soup early in the morning (11AM) thinking that was ok because I would think they get to work early to get those things hot and ready before opening..... soup was “warm” but not hot like it normally is -
She said she had to check the temperature before selling it- went to check and said it was ok
Never again. Very sick 😑
Messed up my order starting with the bread! Then didn’t have the right total for my order, couldn’t fix it on the register so had to try and figure out change. Two employees couldn’t figure out that .28cents is the change for $9 on a $8.72 order. Only gave me .18 and then the wrong receipt. Terrible service!
I have been a couple times and always had great service and food! Recently I ordered through the app and there was an accidental second charge to my credit card. I called the store and they had it fixed by the end of the day! Thank you Potbelly!
