I have been a couple times and always had great service and food! Recently I ordered through the app and there was an accidental second charge to my credit card. I called the store and they had it fixed by the end of the day! Thank you Potbelly!
Always enjoy Potbelly sandwiches!
Love fast service, best broccoli soup and avocado turkey sandwich!

Potbelly is a popular restaurant known for its friendly atmosphere, tasty sandwiches, and satisfying treats. Many customers appreciate the welcoming and cozy environment, with staff members often praised for their politeness and friendliness. One standout item is the Dream Bar, which many customers enjoy as a perfect late-night snack; some visit weekly to stock up on these sweet treats. The vanilla milkshakes also receive high praise, often compared to Oberweis vanilla milkshakes, making them a favorite alongside the Dream Bars. However, some customers have experienced issues with delivery orders, noting that rewards points cannot be entered online, which leads to fewer free cookies and missing items like milkshakes or Dream Bars. Despite this, the service at Potbelly is generally appreciated, with employees being described as super sweet, polite, and making customers feel like regulars.
The store’s cleanliness and ambiance are also highlighted as some of the best among Potbelly locations. Customers enjoy visiting before events or on rainy days, where they find the staff to be welcoming and attentive. Some mention specific challenges, such as loud noise making it hard to hear directions or difficulty with the Tractor drink dispenser, but these are minor compared to overall positive experiences. Many customers also commend the quick, accurate app-based pickup service, noting that their orders are ready on time and well-prepared. Overall, Potbelly offers a friendly, clean, and satisfying dining experience, especially for those who love sandwiches, sweet treats, and a cozy environment.
