This place has been around forever. We quit going years ago because it was consistently poor quality, food, less than friendly customer service, and generally kind of dirty.

food is okay but this location is struggling when it comes to service. Service is reputably always slow with wait times in the drive thru up to 15 mins at times.
Today as I sat in the drive thru, they took my card, set it on the reader, and then went to prepare my food. My card sat on the reader until they came and handed me my bag. Food is usually prepared good. My only complaint is that depending on the day and the staff working that day or night, your order can take almost 45 minutes to receive. I was there last week and our food order was ready pretty fast, 7-8 minutes tops. I was also there 2 weeks ago, and our food order passed the 45 minutes mark, getting closer to waiting for about 1 hour. A lot of customers were angry, some even left. Hopefully it was just a fluke that night.
