“I had a great time at this restaurant and it’s due to the professionalism of a cashier by the name of Ben who not only also gave me a recommendation to a new sandwich, the fiery chicken but, he also told me about the rewards program‼I’ve been coming to Potbelly for years now and never had the app‼ Ben got me to sign up for it & I began earning points immediately per his advise, he walked me through the process patiently l‼I ended up knocking over some lids & straws & felt bad about it & Bej rushed over to help me and told me that everything was ok! I offered to pay for them especially since a couple of the teammates made ( a young Caucasian guy and a young Caucasian young lady probably a teenagers) me feel so bad because the young lady rolled her eyes at me‼ Meanwhile, Ben assured me everything was fine‼ Although, the other staff members were not kind or friendly at all, with the exception of a young lady by the name of Faith that came to support me and she was so friendly I have decided because of her and Ben, I will be back to this amazing store in particular‼
