and the staff was so kind and accommodating, they brought my order right to my booth!

“SAY WHAT!!!! THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24/7!!!!!!! I'm definitely glad I stopped at this location tonight. I know with a store that is open 24/7 can be draining on employee's but that wasn't the case for my visit. I was greeted and taken care of
immediately. Wasu was first class throughout the whole process went above and beyond making sure he got everything I needed to my liking. I appreciate the conversation we also had. It was great knowing I just wasn't another transaction for them. Till next time!“

“Great Experience, The company I work for had an order for them for 16 people for lunch. Talked to Sam @ location about our order that would be coming to them online & he said he would personally take care of our order. Everybody loved their sandwiches & salads. “We went to the Batavia location. The employees were so nice! Today was our second time coming last time I just grabbed a regular grilled cheese we came back today with my wife and son they asked if we got a punch card last time I said no he gave us one and punched it for our previous visit also! I didn’t even ask for that the guy working just did it! He was very nice to my son also asked if he had teeth (my sons under 2) and I said yes why and he gave him a couple apple slices free of charge while we waited for our takeout! We’ll definitely be coming back! Food was great too!“

“Absolutely incredible. Blew away any expectations I had. The staff is incredibly nice, a fantastic family atmosphere every grilled cheese you could ever want and all that reasonable price. My celiac daughter got great food and my two other daughters were estatic. I am low carb and they had keto bread. Just perfection I had a horseradish club and it was great. Don't walk run here. I'm willing to make a 40 minute one-way trip for it so incredible really hats off to The folks running it“
