I've been coming here for lunch takeout for several years (sometimes more than once a week), and I've never had a problem until this past month. I've gotten wrong food, missing food, missing sides, wrong dressing, etc.. This location is super slow. The staff seemed not to care about expediency at all. They were just chatting with each other. The location is not busy whatsoever. It took them 20 minutes to make my sandwich! A simple chicken pesto sandwich. Not likely to return.

The cashier was so friendly and helpful explaining the menu when I mentioned it was my first time! I wasn't expecting the above and beyond service. The food was served fresh, hot, and fast, too. The Tuscan grilled cheese paired with Caesar salad was delicious. I loved the dragon fruit tea and hope it stays on the menu long-term!
