“I’ve been eager to try Mortadeli since it first opened, and after hearing so many rave reviews, I finally had the chance to stop by for lunch yesterday. Let me tell you, everything everyone says about this place is spot on! First off, the food is absolutely delicious. Everything on the menu is so tempting, it was hard to choose, but I went with the meatball sub and pasta salad. As someone whose grandmother made the best meatball sandwiches, my expectations were high – but Mortadeli’s version did not disappoint! It was fantastic. The pasta salad was also amazing, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere at Mortadeli is incredibly inviting – it strikes the perfect balance between classy and cozy. The staff are very friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about making your experience special. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and quick delivery of our food. One of the owners even took the time to chat with us a bit. Another pleasant surprise was the parking – I had my doubts at first, but we found a spot just around the corner with no problem at all. “Let me start with this…. I very rarely write reviews. When I do, it’s usually because the service/company was so disappointingly bad or the other end of that spectrum, which is absolutely superior - service/experience. This will be the latter. What an awesome experience. The food was great and the store was very clean. But what really set this Subway branch apart are the staff or perhaps the owners (not so sure) who took care of me and my mom. Super nice people, very friendly and warm and above all, very accommodating and welcoming. This will not be my last time here for sure.“

“We went to the Batavia location. The employees were so nice! Today was our second time coming last time I just grabbed a regular grilled cheese we came back today with my wife and son they asked if we got a punch card last time I said no he gave us one and punched it for our previous visit also! I didn’t even ask for that the guy working just did it! He was very nice to my son also asked if he had teeth (my sons under 2) and I said yes why and he gave him a couple apple slices free of charge while we waited for our takeout! We’ll definitely be coming back! Food was great too!“

“I work for ALDI corporate, and we've had Rammys cater our team building event in Elk Grove for three years now. Their subs are AMAZING, they are a breeze to work with and so friendly. My group loves the subs, the bread is fresh and don't get me started on the turtle brownies. On a personal note, the tuna sub is superb. Im very picky about tuna salad and I loved every bite. Run, do not walk, to Rammys.“

“Every time I’ve been in the guy who is there is the same and I forget to ask his name but he’s not only very friendly but knowledgeable and ready to make suggestions every time. It’s as if he knows how intimidating making all the decisions to get a sub made. He suggests things such as my bread choice for the turkey sub I ordered and he said he loves the rosemary with it and he was right! It was delicious. “OMG, my sandwich was so good & so fresh. Love the bread! I went to Jimmy John's a couple of weeks ago & there was exactly 1 slice of turkey on my sandwich. Fontano's had 4 times the amount of meat on my sandwich for the same size sandwich.“

Best parking option. Maybe the parking garage nearby, although there is lots of street parking. I really like this place and really like supporting local small businesses.“

“Was looking online to see what time they’re open until nowadays and read a good review on a chicken pita so I came and I tried it and it was delicious😋 I wish I took a picture instead of recording a video..! It was so good and colorful. The soup was really good too! I was a little scared to come at first because it was so close to closing time but I immediately felt reassured as soon as the man came on the speaker to take my order! The owner was in the drive-thru and he was nice, the food was fresh (bread was still soft close to midnight) you can tell he really cares about his restaurant!!! Thank you!“
