“I came here for a footlong ham sandwich, and overall it was a solid experience. The vegetables tasted fresh, and the portions were well-balanced. Service was quick, which I appreciated.
That said, there’s some room for improvement in how staff handle customers who are unsure about add-ons. It seemed like they could benefit from a bit more training in guiding those situations smoothly. Personally, I usually know exactly what I want, so it doesn’t affect me much, but it’s something noticeable.
Overall, this location stands out as one of the better ones compared to other Subway spots I’ve been to, and it’s earned a place on my trusted list. If consistency holds, I’ll keep coming back; but like any place, that depends on how well they maintain quality over time. 😄“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“I’ve been eager to try Mortadeli since it first opened, and after hearing so many rave reviews, I finally had the chance to stop by for lunch yesterday. Let me tell you, everything everyone says about this place is spot on! First off, the food is absolutely delicious. Everything on the menu is so tempting, it was hard to choose, but I went with the meatball sub and pasta salad. As someone whose grandmother made the best meatball sandwiches, my expectations were high – but Mortadeli’s version did not disappoint! It was fantastic. The pasta salad was also amazing, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere at Mortadeli is incredibly inviting – it strikes the perfect balance between classy and cozy. The staff are very friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about making your experience special. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and quick delivery of our food. One of the owners even took the time to chat with us a bit. Another pleasant surprise was the parking – I had my doubts at first, but we found a spot just around the corner with no problem at all. “Let me start with this…. I very rarely write reviews. When I do, it’s usually because the service/company was so disappointingly bad or the other end of that spectrum, which is absolutely superior - service/experience. This will be the latter. What an awesome experience. The food was great and the store was very clean. But what really set this Subway branch apart are the staff or perhaps the owners (not so sure) who took care of me and my mom. Super nice people, very friendly and warm and above all, very accommodating and welcoming. This will not be my last time here for sure.“

“Great customer service at this location, only my second time I've visited this particular one, but I'll have to make it a point to stop by more often. The crew gave me a very welcoming vibe. Plus you can't go wrong with the King Roast Beef Hot, with everything, plus chips. Has been my go to ever since I was a child. That was a long time ago! 😅“

“I’ve been coming to this Subway pretty often and it’s easily one of the best locations around. The guy working there is always cool, welcoming, and makes the experience better every time I stop in.

The whole staff is consistently friendly and respectful, and you can tell they actually care about the customers. Service is always quick, and my food is made exactly how I want it every single time.

It’s rare to find a place this consistent. Definitely my go-to Subway and I’ll keep coming back for sure.“

The blonde tall guy with blue eyes who works the front counter has always been hella nice to me ever since i first stepped foot in there, and he's not too bad on the eyes as well, which is a plus ;) I wouldnt mind taking him for a ride on my Ninja 400 some time and maybe taking a trip to another Jimmy Johns store for food! But the guy working there was really nice, he took my order without any attitude, and prepared everything fresh just like it was the middle of the day. “I'm traveling for work, just landed in Chicago, went to go to the USO, and was told, as a veteran having had deployed to Iraq, that I am not allowed in the USO by some civilian. That's wild. Guy said he needed DoD id, then I pointed to where my member ID was. He said not good enough and told me I had to leave. I've gone to a lot of USO's and never been turned away as a vet.“
