Very good experience felt really VIP , Cynthia and Joseph really helped us out this evening.
I don’t live in the area or else I would return sooner. But I did find out that there is a Firehouse Subs closer to my residence. So I will visit the location closer to me.
Unfortunately the pickles look like they've been nibbled before given to customers.

Firehouse Subs in Willowbrook is a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and courteous staff. They offer a wide variety of menu choices with delicious flavors, including fresh and tasty subs like the Meatball sub and Mac & Cheese. The Coke machine is an added bonus. Customers praise the big portions and friendly employees, though some note issues with gift cards and promotions through the app. Many recommend downloading the app for rewards. The subs receive high praise for staying fresh and delicious, even when reheated. While some miss the smoked meat options, the food consistently exceeds expectations.
