The menu is unclear as to what is included in a kids meal, and the employees were unable to clearly explain it. In the end, we were overcharged, and we still don't know how the kids menu works. The employees clearly had their brains turned completely off, because they were not paying attention to who had ordered and who hadn't. This location is run by kids…prep area was a huge mess, the kid preparing my order had the WORST attitude problem just cause I asked for extra rice on an item in my order, then proceeds to take a gigantic spoonful of rice and threw it on my sons burrito(3 times the size of the actual spoon) management needs to get a grip on this location. Elmhursts chipotle would NEVER.

My food was cold not fresh I ordered a chicken salad paid for my food. Looked in the bag asked about my salad dressing for them to tell me they did not have any. Gucumole had no Oions in it very bland they need to shut this location down. Over the pass 6months it has went down
