I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes only to find out they were out of burgers. Then when I asked if I could pull forward to see the menu or if she had a menu, she just wanted to tell me they have beef sandwiches and hot dogs. I am from out of town and really wanted to see what my options were. I was basically told no, I needed to order now. Very disappointing on many levels. Can’t go wrong with portillos, or so I thought. We came here to grab a quick bite to eat. I’ve never had problems with waiting on food. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order of an Italian beef sandwich and a hot dog. I’m not sure if they were more busy than usual but it was just ridiculous.The tables were not clean, they were out of napkins/paper towels, and the staff didn’t look like they were missing employees.
