Excellent value. The food doesn't disappoint.
Burger was overcooked, edges were burnt/crunchy. Also the guy putting the side of hot peppers dropped them on the floor. Walked back to the beef table and pretended to replace. Dropped the same container in the bag, while looking at me. Been eating at Portillo's for 50 yrs... food's still very good but the service has declined noticeable over the last few years.
